This service starts with an initial consultation meeting to determine the type of wedding you wish to have.
We can create a custom decor, including setup and takedown.
We have a large selection of decorative pieces to choose from, including backdrops, fabric table toppers, centerpieces, candle holders and lights.
We will do a site visit of your venue to look at all the important areas that may require special attention.
DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION
For the couple that has completed their planning themselves, but want a professional to coordinate their day
We meet with you to discuss all of your plans, making sure they are complete and if there are areas you have overlooked.
We create a wedding day itinerary so that everyone knows what to expect.
We attend, coordinate and/or give advice at your rehearsal.
On your wedding day we supervise your ceremony and reception, ensure that all your plans are carried out.
We provide an emergency kit for the unexpected.
HOURLY CONSULTING
For the couple that wants to do the wedding themselves but may need some assistance to finalize their plans.
We are here to assist you with any questions and concerns you may have.
